中医药文化在日本传播认同的影响要素

Influencing Factors on Communication and Identity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture in Japan

通过整理中医药文化在日本传播认同的相关文献,从日本历史发展史和中国传统文化与日本认同中医药文化之间的关联性出发,梳理日本对中医药文化认同的历史,剖析影响日本认同中医药文化的要素。认为日本的外交政策在一定程度上影响着日本对中医药文化的认同,催化了日本本土医学的发展;“渡来人”及包括朝鲜半岛在内的东北亚的媒介作用为日本的中医药文化认同提供了前提条件;佛教、儒学、明治维新等影响贯穿日本的中医药文化认同历程。研究以中医药文化在日本的传播认同为主线,纵向分析了日本认同中医药文化的影响因素,进而剖析中医药文化在东亚汉文化圈国家传播认同的主要影响要素,为推动中医药文化的国际认同提供学术支撑。

By sorting out the relevant literature on the communication and identity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture in Japan,starting from the historical development of Japan and the correlation between Chinese traditional culture and Japanese identity of TCM culture,this paper sorted out the history of Japanese identity of TCM culture,and analyzed the factors affecting Japanese identity of TCM culture.It is considered that Japan's foreign policy affected Japan's recognition of TCM culture to a certain extent and catalyzed the development of Japanese local medicine.The media role of"Dulai people"(immigrants from East Asian continent,namely China and Korea)and Northeast Asia,indnding the korean Peninsula,provided a prerequisite for the cultural identity of TCM in Japan.Buddhism,Confucianism Meiji Restoration and other influences ran through the process of cultural identity of TCM in Japan.Taking the dissemination and identification of TCM culture in Japan as the main line,this study vertically analyzed the influencing factors of Japanese identification with TCM culture,and then analyzed the main influencing factors of the dissemination and identification of TCM culture in the countries of East Asian Han cultural circle,so as to provided academic support for promoting the international identification of TCM culture.
