《脉法赞》有关术语及脉法内容的思考

《脉法赞》首见于晋朝太医令王叔和所著的《脉经·两手六脉所主五脏六腑阴阳逆顺》篇章,是关于寸口脉诊法的重要文献。通过查阅相关文献资料并结合临床实践,对“官”与“府”之义,“关前一分”的具体位置及其所主,以及“人迎”与“气口”的具体位置及其作用等问题进行了探讨分析。“官”当对应阳,“府”当对应阴;“关前一分”的具体位置为关前寸后的分界线,所主阴阳的分界点;《脉法赞》收录的人迎气口脉法当为“左为人迎,右为气口”,人迎候外因,气口候内因。通过此脉法可以辨清人体阴阳的偏盛偏衰状态,辨别病邪的表里、内外位置,有助于把握疾病的六经传变状态,指导经络辨证,高效判断疾病的病位及病性,精准指导临床辨证施治。

Pulse Method Zan is first seen in the chapter of Pulse Classic-The Six Veins in the Two Hands are Responsible for the Yin and Yang of the Five Organs and Six Bowels,written by WANG Shuhe,a doctor of the Jin Dynasty.It is an important document on the pulse diagnosis method of the Cunkou(寸口).Through the review of relevant literature and clinical practice,we have been able to understand the meaning of"Guan"(官)and"Fu"(府),the specific location of"Guanqian"(关前一分)and its main point,as well as the specific locations of"Renying"(人迎)and"Qikou"(气口)and their functions were discussed and analyzed."Guan"corresponds to Yang and"Fu"corresponds to Yin.The specific position of"Guanqian"is the dividing line of Guanqian(关前)and Cunhou(寸后),and the dividing point of the Yin and Yang.The pulse method included in the Pulse Method Zan is that"the left is Renying and that the right is Qikou".Renying diagnoses external causes and Qikou diagnoses internal causes.This pulse method can help us to identify the bias of Yin and Yang in the human body,distinguish the location of pathogenic factors,get the six channel transmission state of diseases,guide meridian identification,efficiently determine the location and nature of disease,and accurately guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
