摘要
随着计算机技术的飞速发展,有限元分析法在脊柱生物力学研究中的应用已经非常成熟。运用有限元法可以精准地模拟骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的复杂力学环境,为手术治疗方案的选择提供理论依据。本文回顾了近年来有限元法在椎体成形术中的应用进展,重点分析有限元分析法如何在选择手术入路、确立骨水泥用量、评估骨水泥材料等方面发挥作用。
The application of finite element analysis method in the study of spinal biomechanics has been quite mature with the rapid development of computer technology.The use of finite element analysis method can accurately simulate the complex mechanical environment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture and provide theoretical basis for the selection of surgical treatment plans.This paper reviews the application progress of finite element analysis method in vertebroplasty in recent years,and focuses on how the finite element analysis method plays a role in the selection of surgical approach,determination of bone cement dosage,and evaluation of bone cement materials.
