User Location Optimization in High-Load Sectors Based on MR Sampling

摘要 当前流量快速增长,网络容量面临巨大压力,扩容需求攀升,但网络建设选址困难,缺少定位用户聚集区的有效方法。针对以上问题,利用MR采样数据进行小区级用户热点区域定位,根据MR采样数据,区分出高负荷扇区内的室内和室外用户,再利用基于AGPS的MR采样数据精确定位用户分布范围,初步给出需要扩容的地理范围,然后结合现场勘查,最终完成基站的选址和建设,实现用户侧流量分流。该方法可以高效、精准定位小区级用户聚集的热点区域,保障了扩容资源投放的精确性,在降本增效的前提下有效避免浪费。 With the rapid growth of traffic, network capacity is under enormous pressure, and the demand for capacity expansion is rising. However, network construction site selection is difficult, due to the lack of effective methods for locating user hotspots. To solve this problem, the MR sampling data is firstly used to locate the cell-level user hotspot, and to distinguish indoor and outdoor users in high-load sectors. Then, use the MR sampling data based on AGPS to more accurately locate the user distribution range, and initially give the geographic range that needs to be expanded. Finally, through on-site investigation, the site selection and construction of the base station are carried out, which realizes the traffic diversion on the user side. The proposed method can efficiently and accurately locate cell-level user hotspots, ensure high utilization of expansion resources, and effectively avoid waste under the premise of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
