摘要
终端区是航空网络运行的瓶颈区域,当前基于位置的管制模式使得航空器在终端区内易产生盘旋或者机动行为,降低了飞行轨迹的可预测性和整体运行效率。为提升航空网络的运行效率,国际民航组织在下一代航空运输系统发展规划中明确提出了基于轨迹运行的全新理念。文章针对基于轨迹运行中的基于时间运行核心能力,研究并设计了基于时间运行的实现方法,并介绍相关原型系统的构建情况,为我国民航运行模式的转变奠定技术基础。
The terminal area is a bottleneck area for the operation of the aviation network.The current position-based control mode makes the aircraft easy to circle or maneuver in the terminal area,which reduces the predictability of the flight trajectory and the overall operation efficiency.In order to improve the operational efficiency of the aviation network,ICAO has clearly put forward a new concept of trajectory-based operation in the development plan for the next-generation air transport system.Aiming at the core capability of time-based operation in trajectory-based operation,this paper studies and designs the implementation method of time-based operation,and introduces the construction of related prototype systems,laying a technical foundation for the transformation of my country’s civil aviation operation mode.
