摘要
目的 构建军事训练伤数据模型,解决训练伤数据分散、异构、难以融合利用的问题。方法 从业务需求出发分析数据建模的需求和范围,形成概念数据集;从业务表单中提取数据元概念和领域概念,筛选可引用数据元并对不可引用的数据元进行标准化,编制代码型数据元的值域代码,构建训练伤基本数据集;以提取的领域概念和编制的数据元、值域代码、数据集为基础,基于开放式电子健康档案(openEHR)规范构建军事训练伤原型和模板。结果 形成了一种基于openEHR的军事训练伤数据模型构建方法,利用该方法构建了军事训练伤数据原型和模板,同时编制了“军事训练伤数据元目录”“军事训练伤数据元值域代码”“军事训练伤基本数据集”。结论 提出的方法能够应用于在数据元、值域代码缺乏或不完整情况下的openEHR数据建模场景,解决难以有效约束原型和模板属性的问题;形成的军事训练伤数据元、值域代码、数据集和数据模型,可用于训练伤数据收集和融合利用。
Objective To solve the difficulty integrating and using the scattered and heterogeneous data on military training injuries,and to establish a data model for military training injuries. Methods The demand and scope of data modeling were determined from business needs and the conceptual dataset was created. The data element concepts and domain concepts were refined from business forms. The referable data elements were picked out and the remaining data elements were standardized. The classification and coding for value domains of some data elements were implemented. The basic dataset of military training injuries was built. The archetypes and templates of military training injuries were built based on the domain concepts,data elements,classification and coding for value domains,and the dataset and open electronic health record(EHR). Results One method of data modeling based on openEHR was established. Using the method,“the directory of data elements of military training injuries”“ the classification and coding for value domains of data elements about military training injuries”and“the basic dataset of military training injuries”were established. The archetypes and templates of military training injuries were built. Conclusion This method can be effectively applied where the attributes of archetypes and templates cannot be effectively constrained due to the lack of data elements,classification and coding for value domains when data models based on openEHR are established. The dataset,data elements,classification and coding for value domains,data models of military training injuries can be used for data collection and data fusion related to military training injuries.
