Quality Analysis of Sichuan White Rabbit Semen at Different Months of Age

为研究不同月龄对四川白兔公兔精液品质的影响,选取3月龄四川白兔公兔30只采精调教,每周2~3次。经过2周人工采精调教,试验公兔形成良好性反射。正式试验期开始,在公兔3.5、4、4.5、5、6、8、10、12和24月龄进行精液品质检测。结果发现:四川白兔公兔3月龄出现爬跨行为,但无正常形态成熟精子,4月龄60%四川白兔可以采集精液获得成熟精子,4.5~24月龄均能获得成熟精子;四川白兔采精量随月龄增长呈增加趋势,24月龄有所下降;精子密度随月龄增长呈先增加后降低的趋势,4.5月龄达到最高值;3.5~4.5月龄间,精子活力和总精子数呈增加趋势,4.5月龄达到最高;4.5~24月龄间,精子活力和总精子数差异不显著;精子畸形率随月龄增加呈先降低后增加的趋势,3.5月龄精子畸形率高于其他各月龄,24月龄有所增加。以上结果表明,四川白兔公兔4.5月龄可以进行繁殖配种。

In order to study the effect of different months of age on the semen quality of Sichuan white rabbit male rab-bits, 3 months of old Sichuan white rabbit male rabbits were selected, 2—3 times a week.After 2 weeks of manual spermextraction and training, the experimental male rabbit formed a good sexual reflex.From the formal test period, semenquality testing was performed at 3.5,4,4.5,5,6,8,10,12 and 24 months of age.The results found that Sichuan white rabbitmale rabbit at 3 months of age, but no normal form of mature sperm, 60% of Sichuan white rabbit can collect semen toobtain mature sperm, 4.5 to 24 months of age.The amount of white rabbits increased with age and decreased at 24 months.Sperm density increased first and then decreased, and peaked at 4.5 months.Sperm motility and total spermnumber increased between 3.5 and 4.5 months, reaching the highest level at 4.5 months, and sperm motility and totalsperm numbers varied significantly between 4.5 and 24 months.The rate of sperm malformation decreased first and thenincreased with the month of age, and the rate was higher at 3.5 months than that of other months, and it increased at 24 months of age.The above results show that the Sichuan white rabbit male rabbit can be bred at 4.5 months of age.
