摘要
微反应技术是在微米级的反应通道内进行撞击流化学反应,具备极佳的传质传热性能、精确的反应条件控制及反应过程的安全性等优势,是目前化工领域最具创新性、可持续性的发展方向。介绍了微反应器在氢化、烷基化、脱硫、磺化等石油化工反应过程中的应用,旨在加深对微化工技术的理解,进而推动微化工技术在传统石化领域内的开发与应用,提升石化本质安全水平。
Micro-reaction technology is the impact flow chemical reaction in the micron level reaction channel,which has excellent mass transfer and heat transfer performance,accurate reaction condition control and safety of the reaction process,and is the most innovative and sustainable development direction in the field of chemical industry. In order to deepen the understanding of micro-chemical technology,promote its application in traditional petrochemical process,and speed up the essential safety level of petrochemical field,the research of micro-reactor in hydrogenation,alkylation,desulfurization and sulfonation were introduced.
