摘要
国民联盟是法国极右翼民粹主义政党,近年在法国政坛屡屡引发“大地震”。面对法国和欧洲诡谲多变的政治形势,该党自身也在转型。转型目的有二:一是“去妖魔化”,重塑公众形象;二是寻找新政治盟友,拓宽选民基础。转型内容也有两个方面,一是对“移民”与“欧盟”两个传统议题进行改良;二是采纳左翼价值观中的“女权”“环保”与“人权”价值观,克服自身价值观狭隘的弊端。但是,国民联盟的转型没有从根本上改变政党的民粹主义性质,并使政党陷入价值观“空心化”。
The National Rally is an extreme right-wing populist party in France that has caused“earthquakes”in French politics in recent years.Faced with the capricious political situation in France as well as in Europe,the party is progressing and reforming itself.The objectives of its reform are twofold:firstly,to de-demonize and reshape its public image;secondly,to find new political allies and broaden its voter base.The content of the reforms are also twofold.Firstly,the party seeks to improve the political correctness of its political programs regarding immigration and the European Union.Secondly,it adopts left-wing propositions,including women’s rights,environmental protection and human rights as a remedy of the shortcomings of its own tenets.Nonetheless,such metamorphosis has not resulted in a fundamental change of the populist nature of the party.On the other hand,it leads to the“hollowing-out”of the fundamental tenets of the party.
