生态清洁小流域综合治理模式分析

实施国家生态文明建设战略,满足人们对生活环境质量的更高追求,正是现阶段生态清洁小流域所能发挥的功能和实现的目标,相较之下,传统小流域治理模式已经远不能适应新时代发展要求。选取某小流域生态建设实践案例,分析探讨生态清洁小流域综合治理模式,强调以小流域为单元,水源保护为核心,采取工程、林草和耕作等三大综合措施,形成生态修复保护防线,促进生态系统良性循环,人与自然和谐相处。进一步梳理小流域综合治理模式的发展历程和阶段特点,从实践和理论两个层面上探讨生态清洁小流域建设的技术路线及其可行途径,为乡村振兴战略实施、生态文明建设高质量发展提供科学参考依据。

Implementing the national ecological civilization construction strategy and meeting people's higher pursuit of living environment quality is the function and goal of ecological clean small watershed at thisstage.In contrst,the traditional small watershed management is far from meeting the requirements of ecological clean watershed construction This paper selects a practical case of ecological construction in asmall watershed,analyzes and discusses the basic contents of the comprehensive management model of ecologically clean small watershed.It emphasizes taking small watershed as the unit,water source protection as the core,and take three comprehensive measures such as engineering.forestry and grassandfarmingto form adefense lineforecological restoration and protection,and promote the virtuous cycleof ecosystem and harmonious coexistence between manand nature.Furthercombthe development process and stage characteristics of the comprehensive management model of small watersheds,and explore the technical routeand feasiblewaysoftheconstructionof ecologicallycleansmall watersheds from the practical and theoretical levels,soasto provide a scientific reference basis for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the high-quality development of ecological civilizationconstruction.
