摘要
项目建设区主体工程设计中体现了少占压良田好地,尽最大可能保护生态环境,减少水土流失的思想。对各区域从维护工程安全运行的角度出发,设计了部分防护措施,减轻了工程建设对周边环境的影响,对保护项目区及周边的生态环境具有积极作用和意义。出于对工程建筑安全与施工安全的考虑,根据现场地形、地质情况,大部分场区依照相关的设计规范,既保证了生产设施的安全要求,又基本能够满足水土保持工程设计的要求。
