山前丘陵区输变电工程水土保持措施优化探讨 被引量:3

Discussion on Optimization of Soil and Water Conservation Measures for Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Hilly Area

摘要 输变电工程属于点状和线性相结合的电力工程,是电力建设项目重要组成部分。由于工程选线位于水土流失重点治理区,因此需特别注意施工过程对地面产生的扰动,以减少项目区土壤侵蚀,防止水土流失危害。结合太行山山前丘陵区输变电工程案例,探讨了水土保持措施优化设计,提出了项目区布局优化、临时措施、植物措施以及预防保护措施,对电力建设项目输变电工程水土保持方案优化具有很好的借鉴作用。 Power transmission and transformation project is a combination of point and linear power engineering, which is an important part of power construction projects. As the project alignment is located in the key control area of water and soil loss, special attention should be paid to the disturbance to the ground during construction,so as to reduce soil erosion in the project area and prevent water and soil loss hazards. Combined with the case of power transmission and transformation project in the piedmont hilly area of Taihang Mountain, the optimization design of water and soil conservation measures is discussed, and the layout optimization, temporary measures, vegetation measures and preventive and protective measures in the project area are put forward, which has a good reference for the optimization of water and soil conservation scheme of power transmission and transformation project in power construction projects.
