项目水资源论证是为了科学设计建设项目用水工艺,最大限度地减少工程限取用水量和废污水排放量,分析项目实施后取水、退水对分析区内水资源利用情况和对水环境的影响,评价电厂供水的保证程度和对其他用水户用水的影响,保证建设项目在利用水资源时要充分考虑各种水源条件,优先和充分利用污水再生资源和矿坑排水资源.对水资源进行合理开发、优化配置、有效节约和科学保护,同时又要保证项目用水的可靠性,达到建设项目工程安全运行和水资源高效利用的目的。

The purpose of water resource demonstration project is to scientifically design the water consumption process of construction project and minimize the limited water consumption and waste water discharge of the project. It analyzes the impact of water intake and withdrawal on the utilization of water resources and water environment in the analysis area after the implementation of the project,and evaluates the assurance degree of water supply of the power plant and the impact on the water consumption of other water users, so as to ensure that various water source conditions should be fully considered in the utilization of water resources in the construction project, and give priority to and make full use of sewage regeneration resources and pit drainage resources. Reasonable development,optimal allocation, effective conservation and scientific protection of water resources should be carried out, while ensuring the reliability of water use for the project, so as to achieve the purpose of safe operation of the construction project and efficient utilization of water resources.
