摘要
随着中国城镇化水平的提高及工农业发展速度的加快、豫东地区缺水严重问题,重大供水节水等水利工程不断上马,当前豫东地区人均水资源占有量不足全国的1/8,人地争水矛盾突出,干旱缺水、旱涝灾害、生态恶化等问题相互交织,日益成为影响豫东地区及全省经济社会发展的瓶颈。文章以引江济淮工程(河南段)新城调蓄水库的塑性混凝土防渗墙施工实践为例,首先从地层岩性和水文地质介绍了施工条件,其次从工艺流程、施工设备计划、测量放线、防渗墙施工平台、混凝土导墙施工、成槽、清孔、墙体灌注等八个方面介绍了塑性混凝土施工技术,并总结、探讨了塑性混凝土防渗墙的施工技术和施工过程质量控制措施,为类似工程施工提供技术参考。
With the improvement of Chinas’ urbanization level and the acceleration of the development speed of industrial and agriculture development, water shortage, major water supply water conservancy projects have been carried out. At present, the per capita water resources in the eastern part of Henan is less than 1/8 of that in the whole country. The contradiction between man and land for water is prominent, and the problems of drought and water shortage, drought and flood disasters and ecological deterioration problems are interwoven, which increasingly become the bottleneck of economic and social development in eastern Henan and the whole province. The construction technology of plastic concrete are introduced, taking the construction practice of plastic concrete cutoff wall of Xincheng regulation and storage reservoir of Yangtze River Diversion Project in Henan section as an example in this paper. Firstly, the construction conditions are introduced from stratum lithology and hydrogeology. Secondly, the construction process, construction equipment plan, survey and discharge, cutoff wall construction platform, concrete guide wall construction, trough formation, hole cleaning and wall perfusion are carried out. In addition, the construction technology and construction process quality control measures of plastic concrete antiseepage wall are summarized and discussed, which will provide technical reference for similar engineering construction.
