摘要
水利工程中,施工导流设计关系到整个工程施工的工期、质量、造价和安全度汛,以引江济淮蜀山复线船闸工程为例,分析研究了蜀山复线船闸施工导流设计中围堰洪水标准选定、上下游挡水体系的形成、土质堰体与直立墙面接触面渗流等几个关键问题。分析表明:项目分期实施时前期设计应重视对后期工程施工导流方案的影响;根据保护对象,围堰的洪水标准既要满足导流标准,又要满足防洪要求;围堰与基坑支护体系的合理结合,解决了基坑上下游的挡水问题;“复合土工膜方案”较好的解决土质堰体与直立墙面接触面渗流问题。蜀山复线船闸施工导流设计中涉及到的几个关键问题可为同类项目提供借鉴。
In water conservancy project, construction diversion design is related to the whole project construction period, quality, cost and safety of flood control. Taking Shushan Fuxian Shiplock Project as an example, several key problems, such as the selection of cofferdam flood standard, the formation of upstream and downstream water retaining system, and the seepage of the contact surface between earth barrier body and vertical wall, are analyzed and studied. The analysis shows four points. Firstly, the influence on the diversion scheme of the later construction should be emphasized in the early stage design, when the project is implemented by stages.Secondly, the flood standard of cofferdam should meet both diversion standard and flood control requirement according to the protected object. Thirdly, the problem of retaining water in the upstream and downstream of foundation pit can be solved by reasonablely combinating cofferdam with foundation pit support system. Fourthly, the seepage problem of the contact surface between the earth barrier and the vertical wall can be solved by the composite geomembrane scheme. Some key problems involved in the diversion design of Shushan Fuxian shiplock project can provide reference for similar projects.
