小型水库管理浅析

Analysis of Small Reservoir Management

农村经济体制改革的不断深化和人民温饱问题的初步解决,小型水库建设的初期目标已经完成。新形势下赋予小型水库的主要功能有了重大变化,对小型水库的管理工作需要重新认识以适应变化,现在就从新形势、新认识和新要求这3个角度出发予以简单阐述。

With the continuous deepening of rural economic system reform and the preliminary solution of the problem of people’s food and clothing, the initial goal of small reservoir construction has been completed. The main functions of small reservoir have changed greatly under the new situation, and the management of small reservoir needs to be re-recognized to adapt to the changes. Beginning with the three perspectives of new situatio, new understanding and new requirement, a brief exposition is given in this paper.
