Management Measures of Heile River Regulation Engineering

水是生命之源,中国水资源分布不均匀,南多北少,东南多,西南少。近些年来,在全国各级地方都贯彻落实了中央政府对治水、管水的政策方针,充分鼓励各地区进一步完善水利工程河道的治理。河道工程作为重要的民生工程,河道治理直接关系着水利河道工程的后期运营情况,同时还对周边的生态环境会造成一定影响。在河道工程建设中,要加强河道工程管理,以提高工程质量,对于水资源的科学管理以及社会经济可持续发展发挥着重要作用。文章根据贺李河的现状,提出加强贺李河治理的必要性,进而提出了相应的管理措施,以期能够提高贺李河治理工程的质量。

Water is the source of life. The distribution of water resources in China is uneven, with more in the south and less in the north, more in the southeast and less in the southwest. In recent years, the central government’s policies and guidelines on water control and management have been implemented at all levels of the country, and all regions have been fully encouraged to further improve the governance of water conservancy engineering channels. As an important livelihood project, river channel engineering is directly related to the later operation of water conservancy river engineering, and will also impact the surrounding ecological environment. In the construction of river engineering, river engineering management should be strengthened to improve the engineering quality, which plays an important role in the scientific management of water resources and the sustainable development of social economy. According to the current situation of Heli River, the necessity of strengthening the treatment of Heli River is put forward, and then the corresponding management measures are also put forward in this paper, so as to improve the quality of Heli River regulation engineering.
