“十二五”以来,贵州水利改革发展进入了高速发展期,9年多的时间水利投入超过2800亿元,相继开工建设骨干水源工程400多座,省监督项目就有100多座,根据规程、规范的规定,重要隐蔽(关键部位)单元工程、分部工程、单位工程施工质量验收评定质量结论需要通过质量监督项目站的核备,在项目多、监督人员少的情况下在核备过程中,抓住重点,做到履职尽责,才能更好地为水利工程建设服务,保证工程质量。

Over the past nine years, more than 280 billion yuan has been invested in water conservancy, and more than400 key water source projects have been started successively, with more than 100 provincial supervision projects. According to the regulations and specifications, the quality acceptance and evaluation conclusions of the construction quality of the important hidden unit project, branch project and unit project need to be reviewed and prepared by the quality supervision project station. Under the condition of many projects and few supervisors, it is more important to grasp the key points and fulfill the responsibilities in the process of verification and record, so as to better serve the water conservancy construction project and ensure the project quality.
