摘要
工业污泥大量堆积带来严重的环境和经济压力,需要一种较为合理的工业污泥资源化利用方式。根据工业污泥的化学组分,提出将工业污泥细粒替代胶凝材料组成水泥-硅灰-工业污泥三元胶凝体系,进行资源化利用。通过制备胶砂试样,测试不同龄期和不同污泥粒径对胶砂试样抗压强度和抗折强度影响,研究方案的可行性。得出以下结论:工业污泥占比在2%以下时,胶砂试样的抗压强度损失较少且抗折强度稍有增强;水泥-硅灰-工业污泥三元胶凝体系水化速率较慢,工业污泥的活性不强;应通过添加激发剂和附加水的方式进一步增加工业污泥的可替代量。
Massive accumulation of industrial sludge brings serious environmental and economic pressure, which requires a more reasonable way of resource utilization of industrial sludge. According to the chemical composition of industrial sludge, it is proposed to substitute fine particles of industrial sludge for cement-silica fume-industrial sludge ternary cementification system for resource utilization. The effect of different ages and sludge particle sizes on the compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar samples was tested to study the feasibility of the scheme. The conclusions show from three perspectives. Firstly, when the proportion of industrial sludge is less than 2%, the compressive strength loss of mortar sample is less and the flexural strength is slightly enhanced.The hydration rate of cement-silica fume-industrial sludge ternary cementation system is slow, and the activity of industrial sludge is not strong. The substitutable amount of industrial sludge should be further increased by adding activator and additional water.
