面向碳中和目标的汽车产品碳足迹标识应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前碳中和已成全球共识,包括中国在内的130个左右的国家以不同的形式提出碳中和目标。汽车整车企业、零部件企业、道路运输企业以及再生利用企业等产业链相关主体都开始关注自身企业及自身产品的碳足迹并开展碳足迹削减计划的实施。汽车产品生命周期长,产业链复杂,如何核算及展示汽车整车以及零部件产品碳足迹,成为汽车行业广泛关注的焦点问题。汽车产品碳足迹标识,作为汽车产品碳足迹管理的有效环境管理工具,在促进汽车行业基于全产业链开展低碳评价和低碳采购体系的建立,推进汽车产品生命周期各阶段碳足迹指标的分解和碳足迹削减的协同管理机制的形成,应对国际碳贸易壁垒方面具有及其重要的作用。但汽车碳足迹标识在国内尚未有具体规程,存在缺乏碳标识内容、发布流程、核算标准等问题,为了解决汽车产品碳足迹标识面临的这几个问题,本文将参考国内主要存在的几种环境标志,对汽车产品碳足迹标识的类型选择、编制发布流程、核算依据标准和标识分阶段展示内容进行详细描述,为汽车产品碳足迹标识的建立指明方向并为其他产品的碳标识建立提供参考思路。 At present, carbon neutrality has become global consensus, and about 130 countries including China have proposed carbon neutrality goals in different forms. With the introduction of China’s dual-carbon goals, automakers in the automotive industry, auto parts companies, road transport companies, and recycling companies have begun to pay attention to the carbon footprint of their own companies and their products, and implement the carbon footprint reduction plan. The life cycle of automobile products is long and the industrial chain is complex. How to calculate the carbon footprint of the entire automobile and component product life cycle has become a focus of widespread concern in the automobile industry. The carbon footprint label of automobile products, as an effective environmental management tool for carbon footprint management of automobile products, will greatly promote the establishment of a low-carbon evaluation and low-carbon procurement system based on the entire industrial chain of the automobile industry, and at the same time promote the carbon footprint accountingof all stages of the automobile product life cycle, the formation of a coordinated management mechanism for the decomposition of indicators and carbon footprint reduction. What’s more, it will also play an extremely important role in dealing with international carbon trade barriers.However, there are no specific regulations for automobile carbon footprint labeling in China,and there are lack of carbon labeling content, release process, accounting standards and other problems. In order to solve the problems faced by carbon footprint labeling of automobile products, this paper will refer to several major domestic environmental labeling, and make a detailed description of the labeling type selection, compilation and release process, accounting standards and phased display of the labeling.It points out the direction of establishing carbon footprint labeling of automobile products and provides reference ideas for establishing carbon footprint labeling of other products.
