汽车整车制造企业制造过程碳中和实施路径研究

Research on the Pathway of Carbon Neutralization in the Manufacturing Process of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises

自双碳目标提出以来,各整车制造企业纷纷采取相应行动,但目前关于制造过程碳中和的实施路径的系统性文章鲜见报道。文章详细阐述了汽车整车制造企业制造过程碳中和的方法和路径,其研究成果可供相关企业参考。结论表明:汽车整车制造企业需重点围绕低碳工艺设计、能源结构调整、碳排放数据智能管理、负碳技术引进等四大路径实现制造过程碳中和。

Since the double-carbon target was proposed, automobile manufacturers have taken corresponding actions, but there are few systematic reports on the methods of carbon neutralization in manufacturing process. In this paper, the pathway of carbon neutralization in the manufacturing process of automobile manufacturing enterprises is described in detail. The conclusion shows that the automobile manufacturing enterprises should focus on low-carbon process design, energy structure adjustment, intelligent management of carbon emission data, and introduction of negative carbon technology to achieve carbon neutrality in manufacturing process.
