摘要
依据IEC 61373标准对电机焊缝进行了随机振动疲劳分析,采用高斯三区间法对焊缝应力集中部位进行评估,并对焊缝应力集中处采取了修改方案。分析结果显示,电机中所评估重要焊缝的累积损伤比为0.18,表明电机所评估的焊接结构满足设计要求。对焊缝应力与抗疲劳性能进行对比分析,为相似的焊接结构提出建议。
Random vibration fatigue analysis is implemented on the weld of a motor according to IEC 61373, Gauss three-interval method is applied to the stress-concentrated locations at the weld, and modification is adopted on the stress-concentrated area at the weld. Analysis results show that the accumulated damage ratio at the evaluated critical weld is 0.18, indicating that the evaluated welded structure of the motor satisfies design requirements. Comparative analysis of the stress and fatigue resistance of the welds is made and suggestions are offered for similar welded structures.
