HIV感染合并肾病综合征7例分析

Analysis of 7 cases with HIV infection complicated with nephrotic syndrome

摘要 肾病综合征是HIV感染背景下肾小球疾病常见的临床表现,目前该病国内仅见散在报道。HIV感染背景下肾小球疾病主要有以下两种类型:HIV感染背景下免疫复合物肾病(以下简称"免疫复合物肾病")和HIV相关肾病(HIVAN),前者是指HIV感染患者出现免疫复合物沉积于肾小球引起的肾损害,病理表现为膜性肾病、IgA肾病等免疫复合物沉积的肾小球疾病.
