摘要
介绍某露天矿燃煤锅炉的应用现状,对露天矿各采暖区电加热器改造工程的改造方案、设备选型设计和系统能量分析进行详细阐述,提出了供热系统热能利用的创新改造思路。通过对电加热器全方位、系统性地改造,实现了手动和PID自动控制,降低了检修和操作人员的工作强度。根据实际控制的电加热器的加热组数、加热时间和目标温度等数据,发现系统发生故障的概率较低,可以得到较好的供热效果。
It was introduced for the application status of coal-fired boilers in an open-pit mine,expounding the transformation plan,equipment selection design and system energy analysis of the electric heater transformation project in each heating area of the open-pit mine,and innovative transformation ideas were proposed for the utilization of thermal energy in the heating system.Through the comprehensive and systematic transformation of the electric heater,manual and PID automatic control were realized,which reduced the work intensity of maintenance and operators.According to the actual control of the heating group,heating time,target temperature and other data of the electric heater,it was found that the probability of failure of the system was low,and a better heating effect can be obtained.
