摘要
为实现对目前燃煤掺配中防结焦必不可少的高价格、低挥发分、低热值广旺煤的部分或全部替代,基于元素富集理论,利用煤灰改性手段,通过向现有主力煤种中掺入部分灰渣代替广旺煤的形式进行基础研究、锅炉设备与燃用煤种的适应性分析、锅炉掺烧灰渣的实炉试验,寻求最优的掺配方式及掺配比例,最终达到锅炉防结焦的要求。通过灰渣掺烧试验,优选了适合本锅炉的灰渣掺烧方式,即新疆煤65%+宁夏煤30%+灰渣5%和新疆煤60%+宁夏煤30%+灰渣10%,在双磨运行时锅炉效率可达93.4%以上,制粉系统、汽水参数、NO_(x)、SO_(2)、粉尘浓度等指标均正常,结渣较轻,基本实现了对广旺煤的部分替代。
In order to realize part or all of the replacement of the high price,low volatile content,low calorific value Guangwang coal,which is necessary to prevent coking in the current coal blending,based on element enrichment theory,the coal ash modification method is used,and the existing coal ash is modified.The main coal types are mixed with ash and slag to replace the Guangwang coal.The basic research,the adaptability analysis of boiler equipment and coal types,the actual furnace test of boiler mixing ash and slag are carried,to search for the optimal mixing method and mixing method proportion,and finally meet the boiler anti-coking requirements.Through the ash and slag blending test,the ash and slag blending method suitable for the boiler is optimized,that is,Xinjiang coal 65%+Ningxia coal 30%+ash 5%and Xinjiang coal 60%+Ningxia coal 30%+ash 10%,when the double mill is running,the boiler efficiency can reach more than 93.4%,the pulverizing system,soda parameters,NO_(x),SO_(2),dust concentration and other indicators are all normal,and the slagging is relatively light,basically realizing the partial replacement of Guangwang coal.
