上海市浦东新区居民新冠疫苗主动接种的影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of active vaccination of new coronavirus vaccine for residents of a community, Pudong new area, Shanghai city

目的 了解上海市浦东新区人群新型冠状病毒疫苗(以下简称新冠疫苗)的接种意愿及其影响因素。方法 2021年4-6月随机在上海市浦东新区北片与南片各抽取1个接种点,进行接种人群问卷调查,问卷内容主要包括基本人口学信息、健康认知与行为方式及对新冠疫苗的认知与态度等。采用多元logistic回归分析探讨新冠疫苗主动接种的影响因素。结果 本次调查共发放问卷2 579份,回收2 572份,回收率99.72%。其中有效问卷2 570份,有效率99.92%。接种意愿中主动接种占93.93%。多元logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、吸烟、锻炼身体、外出是否戴口罩、跨省出差旅游频率、是否了解新冠疫苗的不良反应和禁忌证、担心不良反应及疫苗质量是居民主动接种的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 上海市浦东新区居民对新冠疫苗的主动接种意愿较高,相关部门应做好新冠疫苗供应的有效应对措施和监督管理机制,同时进一步加大科普宣传力度。

Objective To understand the willingness of vaccinating the COVID-19 vaccine(new coronavirus vaccine) and its influencing factors for residents in Pudong new area. Methods From April to June 2021,random sampling was used to select the population who received the new coronavirus vaccine in 2 communities of Pudong new area to conduct an questionnaire survey.The content of the questionnaire mainly included basic demographic information, health awareness and behavior, and the cognition and attitude of the new coronavirus vaccine.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of active vaccination. Results A total of 2 579 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, and 2 572 were received, with a response rate of 99.72%.Among those received questionnaires, there were 2 570 valid questionnaires, with a valid response rate of 99.92%.The percentage of active vaccination in all types of vaccination willingness was 93.93%.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, smoking, physical exercise, wearing a mask when going out, the frequency of traveling across provinces, awareness of the adverse reactions and contraindications of the new coronavirus vaccine, worrying about side effects and the vaccine quality were the influencing factors of residents’ active vaccination willingness(P<0.05). Conclusion Residents in Pudong new area had much willingness to vaccinate the new coronavirus vaccine.The agency should take some actions with supervision mechanisms for the supply of the new coronavirus vaccine and increase the medical advertising in parallel.
