福建省60~74岁老年人高血压患病及治疗情况分析

Analysis on prevalence and treatment of hypertension among the elderly aged 60-74,Fujian province

目的 了解福建省60~74岁老年人血压水平和高血压患病及其治疗情况。方法 2017-2020年在福建省10个项目点开展心血管疾病高危人群早期筛查与综合干预项目,共筛查35~75岁居民120 743名,本研究选取60~74岁的老年人51 299名作为研究对象,分析不同特征人群的血压水平和分布,以及高血压患病和治疗情况,并用多水平模型探讨其影响因素。结果 福建省60~74岁的老年人群收缩压为(138.99±19.37)mmHg,舒张压为(79.83±10.63)mmHg,脉压差为(59.16±15.31)mmHg。高血压患病率和治疗率分别为60.85%、58.41%(标化率分别为60.43%、56.64%)。多水平模型结果显示,较大年龄、居住在城市、较高家庭年收入、饮酒、肥胖和居住在沿海与高血压患病高风险相关(均P<0.01),较小年龄、居住在农村、男性、文化程度低、家庭年收入低、居住在内陆、饮酒的高血压患者治疗率较低(P均<0.01)。结论 福建省60~74岁老年人高血压患病率较高,在饮酒、肥胖、沿海地带人群中尤为明显,高血压患者的治疗率虽有上升,但仍相对较低。

Objective To understand the blood pressure level, prevalence and treatment of hypertension in old people aged 60-74 in Fujian province. Methods In 2017-2020,early screening and comprehensive intervention program for high risk population of cardiovascular disease was conducted in 10 program sites in Fujian province, 120 743 residents aged 35-75 was screened.In this study, 51 299 old people aged 60-74 were selected as subjects to analyze the blood pressure level and distribution, and the prevalence and treatment of hypertension in different characteristic groups, the influencing factors were discussed by the multilevel model. Results The systolic pressure was(138.99±19.37) mm Hg, the diastolic pressure was(79.83±10.63) mm Hg, and the pulse pressure difference was(59.16±15.31) mm Hg.The prevalence and treatment rates of hypertension were 60.85% and 58.41%(standardized rates were 60.43% and 56.64%,respectively),older age, living in urban areas, higher annual household income, drinking alcohol, obesity and living in coastal areas were associated with a higher risk of hypertension(all P<0.01),the treatment rate of hypertension patients who were younger, living in rural area, male, low education level, low family income, living in inland area and drinking alcohol was lower(all P<0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in the elderly aged 60-74 years old in Fujian province is high, especially in the drinking, obesity and coastal populations.The treatment rate of hypertensive patients is up, but it is still relatively low.
