摘要
目的 了解山东省胶州市公共场所卫生状况,为加强政府决策提供科学依据。方法 按照国家相关标准,对山东省胶州市2018-2020年住宿、电影院、购物商场、美容美发、游泳馆和公共浴室等6类公共场所进行样品采集、检验和评价及卫生监督。结果 2018-2020年共监测公共场所343户次,合格326户次,户次合格率为95.04%。其中,影剧院和公共浴室合格率达100.00%;游泳场所的户次合格率最低,为60.71%;不同场所合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。共监测3 039项次,合格3 014项次,项次合格率99.18%,各项次之间合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年份项次合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。造成胶州市游泳池水质不合格的主要因素为尿素和浑浊度。结论 游泳池、住宿和购物3类场所是影响胶州市公共场所卫生状况的主要因素。
Objective To understand the hygienic status of public places in Jiaozhou district, so as to provide scientific basis for government decision-making. Methods According to the relevant national standards, samples were collected, tested and evaluated in 7 kinds of public places including hotels, cinema, shopping places, beauty salon, swimming pools and public bathrooms in Jiaozhou district during 2018-2020. Results A total of 343 public places were monitored during 2018-2020,in which 326 were qualified, with the qualified rate of 95.04%.There was significant difference in the qualified rate among different places(P<0.01),and the qualified rate of 2 kinds of places, including cinema and public bathrooms with the rate of 100%,swimming pools was lowest in the all with the rate of 60.71%.A total of 3 039 items were monitored, in which 3014 items were qualified, with the qualified rate of 99.18%.There was nonsignificant difference in the qualified rate among different places(P>0.05),also the qualified rate among different years was not significant different(P>0.05).Urea and turbidity degree were the main unqualified items of water samples of swimming pools in Jiaozhou district. Conclusion Swimming pools, shopping public places and hotels are the main factors affecting the sanitary quality of public places in Jiaozhou district.
