青岛市新冠肺炎疫情防控热点咨询与健康教育信息分析

Analysis on hot consultation of epidemic prevention and control and health education information in COVID-19,Qingdao city

目的 探讨青岛市新冠肺炎疫情防控期间的主要热点咨询及卫生专业机构健康教育信息特点,为应对突发公共卫生事件的健康教育提供依据。方法 随机选择2020年1月~2021年2月青岛市居民咨询热线7 930件;统计青岛市卫生健康机构、疾控中心新媒体信息发布情况及青岛市新冠肺炎病例发生情况。结果 市民咨询问题主要集中在重点地区来青岛或离青岛、新冠肺炎疫情防控相关知识、春节返乡政策、复工复学、新冠病毒疫苗、新冠肺炎疫情防控形势、核酸检测等;青岛市专业机构发布信息和宣传总计2 605次,其中每日疫情情况和新闻发布424次;健康教育与宣传2 181次,其中新媒体宣传以防控指南、疫情知识、防控政策及新冠病毒疫苗等为主;宣传频次主要集中在2020年1-5月及12月、2021年1月,与新冠肺炎疫情期间热点咨询相吻合。结论 新冠肺炎疫情期间热点咨询和健康教育呈现复杂性、多样性特点,卫生专业机构是健康教育的主阵地,在有效应对疫情热点问题中发挥重要作用。

Objective To explore the main hot issues during the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic and the characteristics of health education information of health professional institutions in Qingdao city, so as to provide basis for health education in response to public health emergencies. Methods A total of 7 930 hot issues for residents randomly selected from January in 2020 to February in 2021 in Qingdao city.The release of new media information from Qingdao health institutions and the center for disease control and prevention and the occurrence of new coronary pneumonia cases were counted. Results The main hot issues of citizens were mainly focused on the arrival or departure of Qingdao in key areas, knowledge about the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the Spring Festival return to home policy, return to work and school, the COVID-19 vaccine, the prevention and control situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, nucleic acid testing.2 605 times of information and publicity were issued in Qingdao professional institutions, including 424 times of daily epidemic situation and news, 2 181 times of health education and publicity, the new media propaganda of the COVID-19 epidemic of city’s professional institutions mainly focuses on prevention and control guidelines, epidemic knowledge, prevention and control policies, and COVID-19 vaccine.The frequency of publicity was mainly concentrated in January to May and December in 2020,and January in 2021.It coincided with the hot consultation during the COVID-19 epidemic. Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic, hot issues and health education are characterized by complexity and diversity.Professional health institutions are the main front of health education and can play the important role in effectively responding to hot spots of the epidemic.
