Synthesis of Related Substances of Cyclophosphamide

为了控制环磷酰胺的质量,制备了5种有关物质:N,N-双(2-氯乙基)-N′-(3-羟丙基)磷酸二酰胺酰氯(有关物质A)、N,N-双(2-氯乙基)-N′,N″-双(3-羟丙基)磷酸三酰胺(有关物质B)、N,N-双(2-氯乙基)氨基氯磷酸(3-氨基丙基)酯(有关物质C)、N,N-双(2-氯乙基)氨基磷酸二(3-氨基丙基)酯(有关物质D)、双(2-氯乙基)氨基磷酸(3-氨基丙基)酯(有关物质E),并通过MS和NMR对结构进行了确证。

In order to control the quality of cyclophosphamide,five related substances,namely N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl)-N′-(3-hydroxypropyl)phosphoric acid diamide acid chloride(related substance A),N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl)-N′,N″-bis(3-hydroxypropyl)phosphoric triamide(related substance B),N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl)amido-chlorophosphate (3-aminopionate)(related substance C),N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl)phosphoramidate-bis(3-aminopionate)(related substance D),bis(2-chloroethyl)amido-phosphorsaeure-(3-aminopropyl)ester(related substance E),were prepared in this paper.Their structures were confirmed by MS and NMR.
