高原慢性吸烟者伏隔核静息态功能连接的初步研究 被引量:1

Resting Functional Connectivity of Nucleus Accumbens in Chronic Smokers at High Altitude

摘要 目的探讨高原慢性吸烟者在静态状态下双侧伏隔核(NAc)到全脑功能连接(FC)的改变。方法搜集高原地区30例长期慢性吸烟者和30名正常对照者行MRI扫描,以双侧NAc为种子点做全脑的FC;对吸烟组和对照组进行双样本t检验。结果以左侧NAc为种子点,与对照组相比,慢性吸烟者FC增强的脑区包括右侧中央前回、右侧中央后回、右侧额中回(GRF校正,体素水平P<0.005,簇水平P<0.05),不存在FC降低的脑区;以右侧NAc为种子点,与对照组相比,慢性吸烟者FC增强的脑区包括左侧中央前回、左侧背外侧前额叶(GRF校正,体素水平P<0.005,簇水平P<0.05),不存在FC降低的脑区。结论高原地区慢性吸烟者成瘾的原因可能与奖赏环路的关键脑区NAc的FC异常有关,为高原地区慢性吸烟者成瘾机制的研究提供了影像学依据。 Objective To investigate the changes of functional connection between bilateral nucleus accumbens(NAc)and whole brain in chronic smokers at high altitude.Methods MRI scans were performed on 30 chronic smokers and 30 normal controls who lived in high altitude.Bilateral nucleus accumbens was used as seed sites to perform whole brain functional connectivity.Two-sample t test was performed on the experimental group and the control group.Results Taking the left nucleus accumbens as the seed site,compared with the control group,the brain regions with enhanced functional connectivity in chronic smokers included right anterior central gyrus,right posterior central gyrus,and right middle frontal gyrus(GRF corrected,voxel P<0.005,cluster P<0.05),there were no brain regions with reduced functional connectivity;With the right nucleus accumbens as the seed site,compared with the control group,the brain regions with increased functional connectivity in chronic smokers included left central migration and left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe(GRF corrected,voxel P<0.005,cluster P<0.05),there were no brain regions with reduced functional connectivity.Conclusion The reason of addiction of chronic smokers in high altitude area may be related to abnormal functional connection of nucleus accumbens,a key brain region of reward circuit,which provides an imaging basis for the study of addiction mechanism of chronic smokers at high altitude.
