摘要
粮食是关乎民生的重要保障,粮食安全至关重要。本文主要介绍真菌毒素、重金属、农药残留对人体的危害以及防控措施,以期更好地保障粮食的质量安全。
Grain is an important guarantee for people’s livelihood,and grain security is very important.This paper mainly introduces the harm of mycotoxins,heavy metals and pesticide residues to human body and control measures,in order to better ensure the quality and safety of grain.
