摘要
随着社会的快速发展,市场上销售的食品种类越来越多,食品安全关系民生和社会稳定,而食品的安全检测是保证食品安全的关键工作内容之一。在食品检测阶段,样品管理非常重要,部分检测部门在样品管理方面存在疏忽,导致样品质量和检测结果不符。本文简要论述了在食品检验阶段样品管理中存在的不足,并对样品的管理方法进行详细分析。
With the rapid development of society,there are many kinds of food on the market.Food safety is related to people’s livelihood and social stability.Food safety detection is one of the key work contents to ensure food safety.In the food testing stage,sample management is very important.Some testing departments are negligent in sample management,resulting in sample quality and testing requirements inconsistent.This paper briefly discusses the deficiencies of sample management in food inspection stage,and makes a detailed analysis of sample management methods in the inspection process.
