昭通市2021年玉米、稻谷重金属含量调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Heavy Metal Content in Corn and Rice in Zhaotong City in 2021

目的:调查分析云南省昭通地区玉米和稻谷重金属含量,评估其污染情况。方法:采集2021年昭通市六县一区55份玉米和37份稻谷样品,采用原子吸收光谱法测量砷、汞、铅和镉4种元素含量。结果:2份玉米标本中镉含量超标,2份稻谷标本中砷含量超标,1份稻谷中铅含量超标。结论:昭通市2021年玉米与稻谷4种重金属含量整体维持在合理范围内,整体状况良好,但仍然需要持续关注。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the contents of heavy metals in corn and rice in Zhaotong,Yunnan province,and to evaluate their pollution.Method:In 2021,55 corn and 37 rice samples were collected from Zhaotong city,and the contents of arsenic,mercury,lead and cadmium were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry.Result:There were 2 corn samples with excessive cadmium content.Arsenic levels were found in two rice samples.Lead levels exceeded the standard in one rice sample.Conclusion:The overall content of four heavy metals in corn and rice in Zhaotong city in 2021 remains within a reasonable range,and the overall situation is in good condition,but it still needs continuous attention.
