摘要
建立了超高压液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定饮料中5种人工合成甜味剂(甜蜜素、糖精钠、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜和阿力甜)的分析方法。样品超声脱气后直接稀释,过0.22μm滤膜上机分析。采用T3柱分离,以0.1%甲酸水溶液-0.1%甲酸乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,在负离子模式下进行检测。以保留时间和质荷比对分离出的组分进行定性,用峰面积进行定量。结果表明,5种甜味剂在0.005~1.000 mg/L线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)为0.995~0.998,检出限均能达到0.25 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为0.32%~4.56%。该方法前处理简单、重现性好、灵敏度高、准确可靠及分析速度快,适用于饮料中5种甜味剂的准确定量分析。
In this study,we developed a method to simultaneously detect five artificial sweeteners(sodium cyclamate,saccharin sodium,acesulfame K,aspartame,allitian)in beverages by HPLC-MS/MS.Samples were diluted after degassing,and went through 0.22μm filter membrane.Then samples were separated by T3 column,using 1%formic acid aqueous solution and 1%formic acid acetonitrile solution as mobile phase,with gradient elution,and HPLC-MS/MS was used for detection in negative ion mode.Qualitative analysis of the separated composition was carried out based on retention time and mass-charge ratio,and quantitative analysis was based on peak area.The results showed that,there was a linear relationship between the mass concentration and the peak area of the five sweeteners:within the range of 0.005~1.000 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.995~0.998.The detection limit could be reach 0.25 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was 0.32%~4.56%.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,good reproducibility,high sensitivity,accuracy and reliability,and is suitable for the accurate quantitative analysis of 5 sweeteners in beverages.
