摘要
市场上出现的一些食品安全事件,引起了广大消费者对食品安全问题的重点关注。但是在食品中使用食品添加剂无法避免,因为其可以改善食物的品质、使食品便于加工、延长食物的保存时间。因此,对于企业和相关操作人员来说,需要加强安全意识,增加专业知识,科学、合理地使用食品添加剂,以保障人们的饮食安全。本文讨论了食品添加剂在食物中的相关使用情况,并提出了合理使用食品添加剂的措施。
Some food safety incidents in the market have aroused the focus of consumers on food safety issues.However,the use of food additives in food can not be avoided,because they can improve the quality of food,make food easy to process and prolong the storage time of food.Therefore,for enterprises and relevant operators,it is necessary to strengthen safety awareness,increase professional knowledge,and use food additives scientifically and reasonably to ensure people’s dietary safety.This paper discusses the relevant use of food additives in food,and puts forward the measures for the rational use of food additives.
