摘要
本文围绕新监管形势下食品抽样工作存在的问题进行探讨,分析了食品安全抽样环节存在的4个方面的问题,并针对4个问题提出了解决方案,为各级监管部门及检测机构更好地开展食品安全抽样工作提供参考。
This paper discusses the problems existing in food sampling work under new supervision situation,and analyzes the problems existing in four aspects of food safety sampling,and puts forward solutions to these problems,which can provide references for supervision departments and inspection organizations at all levels to better carry out food safety sampling work.
