摘要 化学性污染主要是指农用化学物质、食品添加剂、食品包装容器和工业废弃物的污染,对人体健康有着极为严重的影响。在当前社会高速发展的推动下,经济的快速发展带动人们生活水平的提高,使人们更追求健康与质量,而绿色食品具有高营养、高质量、高健康以及无污染的特点,深受人们的喜爱。通过加强对食品化学污染的控制力度,全面打造绿色食品工程,减少食品化学污染,进而在满足人们对绿色食品追求的同时提高食品质量,保障食品安全。基于此,本文主要围绕控制食品化学污染措施,打造绿色食品工程展开相关阐述。 Chemical pollution mainly refers to the pollution of agricultural chemicals,food additives,food packaging containers and industrial waste,which has a very serious impact on human health.Driven by the rapid development of the current society,the rapid development of the economy has led to the improvement of people’s living standards,making people more pursuing health and quality.Green food has the characteristics of high nutrition,high quality,high health and no pollution,and is deeply loved by people.By strengthening the control of food chemical pollution,we will build a green food project in an all-round way to reduce food chemical pollution,thereby improving food quality and ensuring food safety while satisfying people’s pursuit of green food.Based on this,this article mainly focuses on the control measures of food chemical pollution and the creation of green food projects.
