摘要
本文探讨了试验基质的选择,农药负载方式和试验基质晾干时间对果蔬残留农药去除试验的影响,并提出了优化方案。结果表明,在试验基质方面,应选取体积均等、来源统一、果皮与果肉的比值较大、表皮略粗糙、表面无损伤和无病虫害的试验基质;在农药负载方式方面,应采用浸泡法;在试验基质晾干时间方面,应以果蔬清洗剂洗涤组和水洗组的重量与未洗组的重量相同作为晾干结束的判断依据。
This paper discussed the influence of substrate selection,pesticide loading mode and drying time of substrate on pesticide removal test of fruit and vegetable residues,and put forward an optimal scheme.The results showed that the substrate with equal volume,uniform source,large ratio of peel to flesh,rough epidermis,no damage and no insect pests should be selected.Soaking method should be adopted in pesticide loading mode.In terms of the drying time of the test matrix,the weight of the washing group and the washing group of fruit and vegetable cleaning agent should be the same as that of the unwashed group as the basis for judging the end of drying.
