淮安蒲菜营养价值及其产业发展实践研究

摘要 淮安一带流行食用蒲菜,而且当地蒲菜资源丰富,是地理标志农产品,也是淮扬菜的常用食材之一。本文分析了淮安蒲菜的产业发展现状和发展优势,并针对产业发展提出了一些对策,以期为淮安地区充分发挥区域特色优势,做大做强淮安蒲菜产业提供思路。 Typha latifolia is popular in Huai’an area,and the local Typha latifolia is rich in resources.It’s a geographical indication agricultural product and one of the common ingredients of Huaiyang cuisine.This paper analyzes the current situation and development advantages of Huai’an Typha latifolia industry,and puts forward some countermeasures for the industrial development,in order to provide ideas for Huai’an Typha latifolia industry to give full play to the advantages of regional characteristics and make the Huai’an Typha latifoliar industry bigger and stronger.
