摘要
圣女果营养价值高,属于呼吸跃变型果实,保质期短。圣女果采摘后的各种生理变化仍在继续,出现水分流失、营养物质消耗和腐败变质等现象。采取合适的保鲜技术可明显延长圣女果货架期。本文通过分析现有圣女果保鲜技术的应用及研究现状,为圣女果保鲜技术的应用提供一定的理论指导。
Cherry tomatoes are of high nutritional value and belong to the respiratory jump type fruit with short shelf life.After harvest,the physiological changes of cherry tomatoes continued,such as water loss,nutrient consumption and spoilage.The shelf life of cherry tomatoes can be significantly prolonged by adopting appropriate preservation technology.In this paper,the application and research status of cherry tomatoes preservation technology were analyzed to provide some theoretical guidance for the application of cherry tomatoes preservation technology.
