摘要
食品添加剂的使用能改善食品的外观、口味,并延长食品的保质期,可以为消费者提供更多元化的产品,也可以有效提高生产者的利润。目前,生物发酵技术在食品添加剂的制备中比较常见,相比传统的化学处理,生物发酵技术更环保健康,对实现食品工业的绿色健康发展也具有重要的意义。基于此,本文对食品添加剂进行简要介绍,分析了生物发酵技术在食品添加剂中的应用情况,以期为食品添加剂生产工业提供一定的参考。
The use of food additives can improve the appearance and taste of food,extend the shelf life of food,provide consumers with more diversified products,and effectively improve the profits of producers.At present,biological fermentation technology is common in the preparation of food additives.Compared with traditional chemical treatment,biological fermentation technology is more environmentally friendly and healthy.It is also of great significance to realize the green and healthy development of food industry.Based on this,this paper briefly introduces the food additives,and analyzes the application of biological fermentation technology in food additives,in order to provide some reference for the food additive production industry.
