摘要 针对工业现场中装有危险特性液体的封闭罐装容器液位检测效率和可靠性较低,方法不灵活的问题,利用超声波在声阻抗不连续的介质中传播时会发生反射和透射原理,设计了一种外部感应式超声液位检测系统。发射端利用LC振荡电路产生高频正弦波,接收端对回波进行信号调理后,通过16位高精度AD7667实现单路采集。测试结果表明,对于气液介质检测分辨率和精度较高,测试数据与实际液位高度相差在3 mm以内,在正常测量误差范围内,可以满足工业和民用液位测量需求。 In response to the problems of low efficiency and reliability of level detection and inflexible methods for closed tank containers containing liquids with hazardous characteristics in industrial sites,an external inductive ultrasonic level detection system is designed using the principle of reflection and transmission when ultrasonic waves propagate in a medium with discontinuous acoustic impedance.The transmitter uses LC oscillation circuit to generate high⁃frequency sine wave,and the receiver performs signal conditioning on the return wave,and then realizes single⁃way acquisition through 16 bit high⁃precision AD7667.The test results show that for gas⁃liquid medium detection resolution and accuracy is high,and the difference between the test data and the actual liquid level height is within 3 mm,which is within the normal measurement error range and can meet the industrial and civil liquid level measurement requirements.
