摘要
为提高风机、水泵等恒转矩负载工作电机的运行效率,在内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制的理论基础上,提出一种基于梯度下降搜索法方案。该方法是利用电机工作时的恒转矩曲线,引入定子电流变化量的梯度对步长大小进行修正,结合电机的实际运行情况对传统的梯度下降法进行改进。仿真和实验结果表明,该控制算法可以在线追踪MTPA工作点,实现电机运行效率的优化。
In order to improve the operating efficiency of motors working with constant torque loads such as fans and pumps,based on the theory of the maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)strategies of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM),a search method based on gradient descent was proposed.The method used the constant torque curve of the motor during operation,introduced the gradient of the stator current variation to correct the step size,and improved the traditional gradient descent method according to the actual operation of the motor.The simulation and experimental results show that the control algorithm can track the MTPA operating point online and realize the optimization of the motor operating efficiency.
