摘要
某电厂主蒸汽管道阻尼器拉杆在仅使用了一年的情况下发生了断裂,影响了机组安全运行。本文通过宏观观察、材料成分、显微组织、断裂微观形貌等多种方法对材料性能和组织进行分析,结果表明,材料组织性能不佳,在管道振动过大的情况下,发生了过载脆性断裂。
After one years of operation,the hangers of the main steam pipelines fractured.In this paper,the material properties and structures are analyzed by macro observation,material composition,microstructure,fracture micro morphology,mechanical properties.The results show that the.Material microstructure is not good.Under the condition of excessive pipe vibration,overload brittle fracture occurs.
