油田基建施工涉及到不同的方面,如何进行有效的实施和协调,值得企业认真研究。基于此,本文首先分析了油田基建施工过程管理与协调中存在的问题,其次提出油田基建施工过程中管理与协调的策略,以期帮助油田企业不断优化施工管理质量与效率。

Oilfield infrastructure construction involves different aspects.How to carry out effective implementation and coordination is worthy of serious study by enterprises.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the management and coordination of oilfield infrastructure construction process,and then puts forward the management and coordination strategies in the oilfield infrastructure construction process,in order to help oilfield enterprises continuously optimize the quality and efficiency of construction management.
