摘要
为了研究某地采用的L245NS管线钢在日益增高的湿H_(2)S浓度下的服役状态,参考GB/T9711-2017、GB/T8650-2015、GB/T4157-2017及NACETM0177-2016对L245NS材料管线(母材)及焊管段的性能进行评价。结果表明:实验所用L245NS材料在饱和H_(2)S状态下,仍具有较好的抗氢致开裂(HIC)及应力腐蚀(SCC)能力,并讨论了其腐蚀机理。
In order to study the material adaptability of L245NS pipeline steel in wet H_(2)S environment,the properties of l245NS pipeline(base metal) and weld Welded pipe section evaluated with reference to GB/T 9711-2017,GB/T 8650-2015,GB/T 4157-2017 and NACE tm0177-2016.The results show that l245ns material used in the experiment has good resistance to hydrogen induced cracking(HIC) and stress corrosion(SCC),and its corrosion mechanism is discussed.
