摘要
中国文化“走出去”倡议推动一批又一批的中国优秀传统文化登上国际舞台。作为我国四大经典名著之一的《水浒传》,在国内外享有盛名。作为目前国内外学者研究的一个热点,翻译美学是翻译学与美学的有机结合,主要从美学的角度来研究翻译。在翻译过程中,译者作为双语交流的使者,不仅要将原文转换成译文,同时还要对所选话语进行筛选、加工与优化,实现原文美之传递。本文以《水浒传》赛珍珠译本为例,从对原文理解的层面分析审美客体之难,从表达的层面探讨审美主体之美。
The advocation of “going out” of Chinese culture has resulted in the prosperity of excellent traditional Chinese culture in the world. As one of the four classic works of China, All Men Are Brothers enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad. Translation aesthetics, is a combination of translatology and aesthetics. As a hot topic, it is studied by domestic and foreign scholars, and it is focused on translation study from the perspective of aesthetics. In the process of translation, the translator, as the messenger of bilingual communication, should not only transform the original text into the target text, but also should screen, process and optimize the selected discourse to realize the beauty of the transmission of the original text. Taking All Men Are Brothers as an example, this paper attempts to analyze the dilemmas of aesthetic object from the perspective of understanding the original text and the beauty of aesthetic subject from the perspective of expression.
