灾害链视角下新冠肺炎疫情空间防控研究--以武汉市为例

Research on Spacial Prevention and Control of the COVID-19 Epidemic from the Perspective of the Disaster Chain:A Case Study of Wuhan,China

基于灾害链理论,梳理武汉新冠肺炎疫情时空演变和防控过程,构建武汉新冠肺炎疫情灾害链模型,分析武汉新冠肺炎疫情灾害链的传导特点和管控方法,提出从灾害链孕育阶段、潜存阶段、诱发阶段分别采取阻断致灾因子启动、提升外界诱发因素韧性和隔离传染源的空间管治策略,以阻止新冠肺炎疫情的扩散。

Based on the theory of disaster chain,we comb the time-space evolution and prevention&control process of COVID-19 epidemic situation,and construct the disaster chain model of COVID-19 epidemic situation.Then we analyze the transmission characteristics and control methods of COVID-19 epidemic disaster chain,and put forward the spatial governance strategy of blocking the initiation of disastercausing factors,improving the resilience of external inducing factors and isolating the source of infection from the gestation stage,latent stage and inducing stage of disaster chain to prevent the spread of COVID-19 epidemic situation.
