Effect of Arthroscopic Treatment on Knee Joint Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Discoid Meniscus Injury of Knee Joint

摘要 目的研究关节镜治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤患者对其膝关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年1月我院收治的78例膝关节盘状半月板损伤患者,以治疗方案为依据分为对照组与观察组,将开放式手术治疗的患者设对照组,关节镜下手术治疗患者设为观察组,各39例。比较两组膝关节疼痛程度[疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、Lysholm膝关节量表及Tegner活动水平量表评分、手术疗效、并发症、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果两组术后1个月静、动态VAS评分均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后3个月Lysholm、Tegner评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术优良率为84.62%,高于对照组的64.10%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的23.08%(P<0.05);两组术后6个月SF-36评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善其膝关节功能,且手术并发症少,有利于患者生活质量的提升。 Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic treatment on knee joint function and quality of life in patients with discoid meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods A total of 78 patients with discoid meniscus injury of knee joint admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan.Patients treated with open surgery were set as control group,and patients treated with arthroscopic surgery were set as observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The degree of knee pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],Lysholm knee scale and Tegner activity scale score,surgical efficacy,complications and SF-36 score were compared between the two groups.Results The static and dynamic VAS scores of the two groups at 1 month after operation were lower than those before operation,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Lysholm and Tegner scores of the two groups at 3 months after operation were higher than those before operation,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of operation in the observation group was 84.62%,which was higher than 64.10%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than 23.08%in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups at 6 months after operation were higher than those before operation,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopy is effective in treating discoid meniscus injury of the knee joint,which can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients,improve their knee joint function,and reduce surgical complications,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
